PP FIBER

Concrete PP fiber is made by 100% virgin polypropylene,adopting unique manufacturing process to make high strength bundle monofilament fiber. when the fiber is put into the concrete,concrete (or mortar) can effectively control concrete (or mortar) micro-cracks which is caused by plastic shrinkage, temperature changes and other factors, to prevent and inhibit the formation and development of cracks, greatly improved crack resistance of concrete, impact resistance and seismic capacity.

Polypropylene fiber is a kind of organic fiber product specially designed for mortar andconcrete. Polypropylene fiber is made of polypropylene particles by continuous hot extrusion processing.

Due to destaticization and anti-ultraviolet treatmentit is well-proportioned disperse in mortar and last for a long time, thus can effectively increase the bonding stress of fiber and
base materials,prevent/decrease/delay the early plastic cracking in mortar and concrete.

 

It can be widely used to improve the impermeability and crack resistance of mortar, ordinary concrete and high-performance concrete, and can also significantly improve the frost resistance, fire resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and workability of concrete.
