Usage Guidelines	*The normally recommended dosage rate of SIDLEY PCE 1046L is approximately:  By Volume - 0.3 to 2.50 litres per 100 kg of cement (binder).  By Mass - 0.32 to 2.67 kg per 100 kg of cement (binder).  The dosage rates given above are for typical usages, they are not meant as absolute limits, as other dosages may be ufilised in special cases according to specific job condifions.
Compatibility	SIDLEY PCE 1046L is compatible with all Portland cement and cement-based products. It is also compatible with all Sidleychem additives, such  as defoamers, retarders, expansion agents, early strength agents, etc.
Storage Condition	SIDLEY PCE 1046L should be stored in a cool place to avoid long-term contact with steel products. The storage temperature should be between 0 ° C and 40 ° C. If stored below 0 ° C, freezing may occur. Heat the product until it melts and stir evenly before use.  *The effective shelf life of this product is 12 months. If the product exceeds its shelf life, it can still be used, but it must pass the technical index inspection and confirm its performance meets the requirements through concrete trial mixing verification.

SIDLEY PCE 1046L is a ready-to-use admixture to be added to the concrete as a separate component. Opfimal results are obtained if SIDLEY PCE 1046L is dispensed into the concrete mix after the addifion of the first 80% of the mixing water, i.e. when all solids are wefted out. Avoid adding the admixture to the dry aggregates and cement.

The water reducing rate can achieve at least 25% for mortar, enhance the fluidity of mortar greatly.
