Chemical Nature	SIDLEY PP SF is made from propylene as raw material through special processing. Its appearance is a network structure formed by the interconnection of multiple fiber filaments. When SIDLEY PP SF is placed into concrete during the mixing process, the transverse connections between fiber filaments will be disrupted by the friction and friction of the concrete, forming a fully opened fiber filament or network structure.

Concrete PP fiber is made by 100% virgin polypropylene,adopting unique manufacturing process to make high strength bundle monofilament fiber. when the fiber is put into the concrete,concrete (or mortar) can effectively control concrete (or mortar) micro-cracks which is caused by plastic shrinkage, temperature changes and other factors, to prevent and inhibit the formation and development of cracks, greatly improved crack resistance of concrete, impact resistance and seismic capacity.

Polypropylene Fiber (PP Fiber) is made from 100% virgin PP granular, after extruding from different mould and technology, we can get 4 different types of fiber, including Monofilament form, Fibrillated Mesh form, Twisted Bunchy and Wave form with different size. These fiber can improve the reinforcement of mortar or concrete performance effectively to make them strong and protect the projects.

Inner Packaging:
Loose Plastic Bags: Fibers are packaged loosely in standard plastic bags to preserve quality and prevent damage. Each pack contains 0.2-4 kg, depending on the customer's requirements.
Water-Soluble Film Wrapping: For added convenience _and environmental
consideration,fibers can also be wrapped in water-soluble film, molded into cylindrical shapes to facilitate usage and disposal.
 
Outer Packaging:
Plastic Bag Packaging: The plastic-bagged fibers are then placed either in cardboard boxes or woven bags, tailored to meet customer specifications and ensure safe transit.
Water-Soluble Film Packaging: Fibers wrapped in water-soluble film are exclusively packed in cardboard boxes to maintain integrity and ease of handling.
